Where are the live events held?
The live events are usually held in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Who will be presenting?
Andy Hubbard presents over the 3 days, usually he invites certain members of his power team in to give beneficial talks to the audience such as his own broker to demonstrate how to fund your deals, new construction method demonstrations etc.
I don’t live local, where can we stay overnight?
You can stay in accommodation which is very close by.
Can I bring my partner/business partner?
We encourage couples to come to our events as property developing may seem difficult on your own to some people.
What do we do for lunch?
Over the 3 days, all lunch and refreshments are provided, there is plenty of tea and coffee, a mid morning and mid afternoon snack also.

The 3 day live event is for anyone wanting to build their own house, build their first house as a developer or scale up from 1 house to many.
I’m doing a self-build, is this course for me?
Absolutely. Even if you’re going to be building your own house, this course can save you thousands of pounds on avoiding mistakes that other self-builders make. You will learn more building your first house than any other, make sure you get it right as you’ll be living in it.
What if I don’t have enough money to buy any land?
The course covers multiple ways to fund your developments, right up to 100% of the amount required. We show you how to joint venture with land owners and even how to buy land for just £1, that’s less than a can of Coke!
